How do I place an order?

  • Select a category - Choose the product of your choice

  • Carefully enter your shipping address
  • Check the final price { /Shipping charges}. Select one of the payment options ( Net-Banking/Debit or Credit Card) , Make your payment and get a confirmation from your bank, YOUR ORDER IS PLACED!!!
  • You will now receive a confirmation mail and a SMS from boutiquelivingindia.com
  • You can check Order history in ‘order status’ in case you had logged into your account while placing the Order.

How will I know if order is placed successfully?

  • Once your Order is successfully placed you will receive a confirmation over email and text message from boutiquelivingindia.com.  This mail will have all the details related to your order. Order details can also be viewed in the Order status section if you have placed the order online.

I tried placing my order using my debit card/credit card/Net Banking but the order was not successful. What happens to the money deducted from the card?

  • Please check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 7 business days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won't be able to expedite this. Please check with your bank for more details.If your bank informs you otherwise please get back to us. If the money has been credited to our account we would initiate refund within 5 days of your request. Receipt of the refund would however depend on the mode of payment chosen by you. The expected timelines are as below:
  • Net Banking 2-4 business days
  • Debit Card 5-7 business days
  • Credit Card 7-21 business days

How do I check the status of my order?

  • Your order status is updated to you via emails and sms at every step. Once your order is placed you would receive an sms and an email with your order details. After your order is dispatched we will send you an sms with your tracking details. Incase if not received, please check your spam and old sms-es for the status of your order. In case of any unforeseen events that delays your order, you would receive a special update from our end.

Can I place a bulk order for an item(s)?

Do you allow exchanges ?

  • Have you ordered a size too small or too big? No problem! We offer exchange for our customers too. Please read up our exchange policies for details.
    We can exchange for any manufacturing defect, color being too different from the picture shown or due to wrong product been shipped….please read our exchange policies to know more

What payment methods do you accept?

Is it safe to shop online using my Debit card or Credit Card?

  • All credit card, Debit Card and net banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection.

Are there any hidden charges?

  • There are absolutely no hidden charges. Any octroi or sales tax is actually borne by us.  You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary.

What should I do if my payment fails?

  • In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring:
    Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking) Your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process.
  • If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 7 business days. You can email us on ecom.boutiqueliving@indocount.com  or please give us a call with your order number for any clarification.

Why is tax being charged?

  • Tax represents Value added tax (VAT) or Central Sales Tax (CST) that is collected and deposited by our company  to the government authorities.

  • Currently we offer free shipping on most products for delivery within India. However the company reserves the right to change the policy in the future

Why is the delivery time different for different products?

  • Depends on the availability of the product in the nearest warehouse and the kind of shipping used.

Can I expect delivery on all days of the week?

  • You can expect delivery of your order on business days. Business days are defined as all working days from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday, national and state holidays

Do you ship internationally?

  • Yes, we do ship internationally. For international shipping, you may reach out to us via any of the following channels:

How do I track my Order?

  • Email and sms are sent to you after the Order is Shipped that contains the tracking number and name of the logistics provider.
    Visit the website of the logistics provider and enter the tracking number for your shipment details.

I used my tracking number to check the details my shipment but the information is not clear to me.

I should have received my order by now but I haven't. What do I do?

  • If you have the tracking information ( reference number and name of the Courier partner) please visit the courier partner's site and check for your Order. You can call the courier partner with your reference number for clarification. If you are not happy with the information, do give us a call with order number and we will be happy to help you.

We shall therefore only use your name and other information which relates to you in the manner set out in this Privacy Policy. Though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your Order for a credit note.

However, you must understand that we can't bear a loss either; so return of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition.

  • Refund/ replacement for goods/ merchandise is subject to inspection and checking by Indo Count Industries Ltd. team
  • Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy.

How long will the return process take?

  • Once your return request has been placed with Indo Count Industries Ltd.  team , it usually takes about 72 hrs to have the product picked from your place. There will be a fixed charge applicable for the pick up.
  • If the product  is exchanged due to defect. The pick up charge will be refunded. However if it’s a color exchange then the customer  has to bear both the pick up and redelivery courier charges.
  • In case the customer is sending the product back on their own, the delivery time would depend on their chosen courier.
  • Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a Product Inspection which takes about 4 days. The customer will receive a call about the status of the exchange or return.  Typically the exchange or credit note are initiated within 7-10 business days after call to the customer about the status.

How will I receive my Refund?

  • If the payment was made by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we can either issue Boutiquelivingindia website Credit note or reverse credit to the Credit Card or credit your Net-Banking account. Credit note can be utilized on a future purchase on the website..
  • If Credit note were used to make a purchase, refund will only be issued as another Credit note. This can be utilized on a future purchase on the website.

How long will the refund process take?

  • Typically the refunds are initiated within 4 days of Product Inspection. Receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you. The expected timelines are as below:

For Debit Card and Credit Card transfers the time taken for refund depends finally on the bank. Banks send an sms to customers for credit amount of more than Rs. 5000 only in normal case. In case your refund is less than Rs 5000 please check your bank account or credit card account.

How do I return a product?

Common Instructions to Return

  • Place your item in its original packaging
  • Please mention your Name, Order Number, and Mobile Number, on the top of the box, and insert the original invoice.
  • Keep the product and the package ready in case of a Boutique living’s pickup
  • If you are sending it on your own make sure you seal it properly.
