Gift Cards are valid for use only on boutiquelivingindia.com.
Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.
Gift Cards can be redeemed against all products available on the website unless otherwise stated.
A Gift Card cannot be clubbed with any other offer, discount code, or promotional scheme.
Only one Gift Card can be applied per order.
Gift Cards are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-encashable, and non-extendable.
If the order value exceeds the Gift Card amount, the balance must be paid using an eligible payment method.
If the order value is less than the Gift Card amount, the remaining balance will stay credited to the Gift Card for future use.
Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card.
Orders placed using a Gift Card are not eligible for a cash refund. In case of a return, the refund will be re-credited to the original Gift Card or issued as store credit.
Boutique Living India is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards. Please treat your Gift Card like cash.
Once a Gift Card is expired, it cannot be reactivated or extended under any circumstances.
Boutique Living India reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw the Gift Card program at any time without prior notice.
Any disputes related to Gift Card usage shall be referred to Boutique Living India, and the decision of the company shall be final and binding.
